The MULTIFId project has already enabled the achievement of innovative results in the area of circular economy and Industry 4.0, in harmony with the main national and EU regulations on this matter. In order to be placed on the market, an industrial patent has already been registered for the designed system, currently under definition. Subsequently, it will be possible to start the certification procedure and the others provided for by Legislative Decree 106.2017 which adapts the national legislation to Regulation (EU) no. 305.2011.

MULTIFId offers several potential developments in relation to the growing demand for the management and control of intelligent buildings because the sensory system may be put in communication with further smart systems. Lastly, it represents a valid example of effective collaboration between companies and research institutes and it is configured as a mutual growth opportunity based on the sharing of resources, means and know-how.
